Privacy Policy

• Account info. Email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), display name, and optionally your full name and profile photo. If you log in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email that account shares with us (Apple may give a private relay address) and an account id, never your Apple or Google password.
• League data. Leagues you join or create, teams, rosters, lineups, trades, waiver claims and FAAB bids, draft picks, chat messages and media you send.
• Linked accounts. Your Sleeper username and user id if you link or import from Sleeper.
• Device data. Push notification tokens, widget and Live Activity tokens, app version and time zone (so we can respect quiet hours).
• Diagnostics. Server logs and anonymous page-performance metrics, used to keep the app fast and fix bugs.
• Error reports. When something crashes, our own servers record the error message and stack trace, the page it happened on (without query strings), the app version, platform (web / iOS), browser type and your account id. Similar errors are grouped and counted. This stays in our database; no third-party crash service is used.
• Usage analytics. First-party, collected and stored only by us: which screens you open and key actions (creating or joining a league, draft picks, trades, waiver claims, lineup changes, sending a chat message), with ids and timestamps but never message text, names or what you type. A random per-visit id ties a session together and is forgotten when you close the tab. Turn it off any time in Privacy & datain Settings; that stops it on every device you're signed in on.

To sign you in, run your leagues (scoring, waivers, trades, drafts, standings), send the notifications you turn on, show widgets and Live Activities, write league recaps, answer support requests, and keep the Service secure and working.

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't run ads or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We don't use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs; our usage and error data never leaves the providers listed below.

Members of a league see your display name, photo, team name and logo, your roster and moves, and your chat messages in that league. Commissioners can also see league-management details such as invites. Your email address is never shown to other members.

We use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the Service:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

We keep your data while your account is open. League history (scores, trades, standings) is kept for the life of the league so everyone's record stays intact. Push tokens that Apple reports as dead are switched off automatically. Server logs roll off after a short period. Usage analytics and error reports are kept only as long as they help us improve and fix the app, and your analytics go when your account does.

Go to Delete account in Settings and type DELETE to confirm. It happens right away:

• Your profile, login (including a linked Apple or Google login), photo, notification settings, devices, watchlists, linked Sleeper verification, chat messages and usage analytics are removed. Error reports you triggered are kept without your account id.
• Your teams stay in their leagues as open seats with their rosters and history, so your leaguemates' season isn't broken. They are no longer connected to you.
• If you're a commissioner, the role passes to a co-commissioner or the longest-serving manager. Moves you made stay in league history without your name on them.
• We keep a minimal internal record that a deletion happened (a random account id and a timestamp, no name or email) so we can prove it completed.

Can't log in? Email support@1fantasyempire.com from your account's address and we'll do it for you.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Most of it you can view and edit in Settings; for anything else, email us. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Fantasy Empire isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored with our providers under access controls; league data is only readable by that league's members. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app before changes that affect how your data is used.
